Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, completely sealed, unused items within 7 days
of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The product must be sealed and unopened
- Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and wellness products, we cannot
accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the
original form of payment, minus the shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has
been opened or unsealed, including:
- - Supplements
- Herbal products
- Ingestible wellness products
- Personal care items

Once opened, these items are considered final sale.

Gift cards are non-returnable in all cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours
of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
We will happily:

- send a replacement OR
- issue a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived
damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs from the original order are
non-refundable.
