How to Use:
- Shake for 5–10 minutes to activate the heat.
- After the first use, shake again to reactivate.
- If microwave heating is recommended by the manufacturer, heat in 10–15 second intervals only.
Warning:
Do not microwave for longer than 15 seconds at a time, as this may cause the pack to rupture. Always check the temperature before placing the pack against your skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Do not sleep with the heated pack.
